Marzipan chocolate merci. The thing I find about marzipan though it that it's not as smooth as fondant so doesn't generally produce as smooth a paint result. Good marzipan is expensive and can be oily. Do I have to use marzipan or can I just use fondant? What is the difference besides taste? Is there anywhere particular where I can purchase marzipan?
